Membership Status Options
Full Membership — Full members are licensed mental health professionals. This membership requires a one-time, $35.00 joining fee, with yearly dues of $75.00. Members attend Salons at a reduced fee.

General Membership — General members are non-clinicians who have an interest in Psychoanalysis. This membership requires a one-time, $35.00 joining fee, with yearly dues of $75.00. General Members attend Salons at a reduced fee.

Scholar Membership — Scholar members have received a graduate or doctorate degree in a non-mental health field. This membership requires a one-time, $35.00 joining fee, with yearly dues of $75.00. Members attend Salons at a reduced fee.

Student Membership — Student members are graduate/doctorate students in any academic discipline with no prior clinical experience. Associate student members are undergraduate students in any discipline. These memberships requires a one-time joining fee of $20.00, with no yearly dues. Student members attend Salons at the Student Fee of $10.00, or they can request an APS Scholarship to attend Salons.

Honoris Causa Membership — Honoris Causa are retired mental health professionals. This membership requires a one-time, joining fee of $35.00.
